Tracy Miller, M.S., L.P.C.
Born and raised in Austin, Tracy graduated from the University of Texas with a BBA and an MPA in Accounting. After using the left side of her brain for eight years as a CPA, Tracy stayed home to care for her young children and later attended Baylor University, attaining her Masters in Educational Psychology. Tracy has been at Pathway for nine years and is a Licensed Professional Counselor. Tracy's background is in counseling adolescents and adults for issues like depression, anxiety, relationship and parenting concerns, and trauma recovery. Tracy is passionate about her Christian faith and about her family, which includes her husband of 20 years and two teenage children. Tracy enjoys traveling and cooking and is interested in health and fitness.

Elizabeth J. Sherry, M.S., L.P.C.
Elizabeth and her husband have lived in Waco for 30 years, and have two grown children and one grandson. She has been counseling for over 10 years, and sees clients young and old—from age 6 to 86.
She was born in Oklahoma, and received a Bachelors in Fine Arts in Drama from the University of Oklahoma. From the mid-80’s to early 90’s she served as director of religious education for her church, which led to her returning to school to obtain her Masters in Educational Psychology at Baylor University, and become a Licensed Professional Counselor. She has a strong background in abuse and is trained in EMDR for trauma resolution, as well as with depression, anxiety, and family concerns, having previously worked with The Family Abuse Center and Hillcrest Samaritan Counseling Center, in Waco. Her Christian faith is the underpinning for her world view and her work.
She is a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors, the Heart of Texas Counseling Association, and the William Glasser Institute.

Pam McKown, M.S.W., L.C.S.W.
Pam received a Bachelors and Masters in Social Work from Baylor University. With a specialization in older adults, she began her career working to form programs and advocate for the needs and rights of older adults. She also provided supportive counseling for caregivers of older adults. From there she began working with adults struggling with addiction and mental health issues in an inpatient hospital setting. Pam’s background has allowed her to have experience with depression, anxiety, marriage and family issues, with a special interest and passion for persons dealing with recovery from addiction and self-harm behaviors.
Pam and her husband, David, are long term natives of Waco and are enjoying now raising their kids in Waco. They are involved in their local church and see their faith as vital to their lives. Pam enjoys exercise, including triathlons and running, time with family, and anything outdoors.

Susan C. Mathis, M.A., L.P.C.
Susan grew up in Tyler and attended the University of Texas at Austin where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree. Susan received her Masters in Marriage and Family Counseling from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and has worked with Marketplace Ministries and Hillcrest Samaritan Counseling Center. Susan is a Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in anxiety and eating disorders, as well as marital and premarital counseling and family concerns. Susan has three children and attends Highland Baptist Church.
